98-42 - Special Height and Setback Regulations

The height and setback regulations of the underlying district shall apply, except as modified in this Section, inclusive. Furthermore, for any
#zoning lot# located adjacent to the #High Line#, the provisions of Section 98-50, inclusive, shall also apply. All heights shall be measured
from the #base plane#, unless otherwise specified.
