98-16 - Development on Zoning Lots Including a Railroad Right-of-way

For the purposes of this Resolution, the #High Line# shall not be considered a #railroad or transit right-of-way# and the provisions of
Sections 74-61 (Developments on Lots that Include Railroad Right-of-Ways), 75-411 (Developments on or over railroad right-of-ways)
and 75-412 (Developments on lots under one and a half acres that include railroad right-of-ways) shall not apply.
