97-53 - Parking Access Through Zoning Lots in Residence Districts

For a #zoning lot# within a #Residence District#, which #zoning lot# fronts upon either 124th or 126th Street and the #rear lot line# #abuts# a #zoning lot# that fronts only on
125th Street, and such #zoning lot# has been vacant since April 30, 2008, access for parking and loading purposes may be provided through such #zoning lot#.
