97-51 - Accessory Off-street Commercial Parking Within the Core Subdistrict and Areas Outside of a Subdistrict

In #Commercial Districts# within the Core Subdistrict, as shown on Map 1 in Appendix A of this Chapter, and areas outside of a subdistrict, #accessory# off-street parking
spaces shall be provided if required by Section 36-21, as modified by the provisions of Section 97-50 (SPECIAL OFF-STREET PARKING AND OFF-STREET LOADING
REGULATIONS), inclusive, except that no #accessory# parking spaces shall be required for #commercial# #uses# in C4-4D Districts.
