97-50 - SPECIAL OFF-STREET PARKING AND OFF-STREET LOADING REGULATIONS

The underlying provisions of Article II, Chapter 5, Article III, Chapter 6 and Article IV, Chapter 4 (Accessory Off-street Parking and Off-street Loading Regulations) shall
apply within the #Special 125th Street District#, subject to modification by the regulations of this Section, inclusive.

Enclosed parking spaces, or parking spaces covered by a #building#, including such spaces #accessory# to #residences# shall be permitted to occupy the ground floor provided
they are located beyond 30 feet of the #street wall# of the #building#.

The applicable district regulations for the location of #accessory# off-street parking spaces along 125th Street within the Special District may be modified, so that such
facilities may be provided off-site, within a #Commercial District#, but at a distance no greater than 1,200 feet from the #zoning lot#.
