97-44 - Special Provisions for Zoning Lots Divided by District Boundaries

The regulations of Article VII, Chapter 7 (Special Provisions for Zoning Lots Divided by District Boundaries) shall apply within the #Special 125th Street District#, except
that for any #zoning lot# that is completely within the Core Subdistrict, #floor area# may be located anywhere on such #zoning lot# without regard to the requirements of
Section 77-22 (Floor Area Ratio), subject to the applicable height and setback regulations.
