97-41 - Special Floor Area Regulations

The maximum #floor area ratio# requirements of the applicable underlying district shall apply within the #Special 125th Street District#, unless modified by the following
regulations.

For #developments# or #enlargements# on #qualifying transit improvement sites#, a #floor area# bonus for #mass transit station# improvements may be granted by the City
Planning Commission pursuant to the provisions of Section 66-51 (Additional Floor Area for Mass Transit Station Improvements). Bonuses pursuant to Sections 66-51 or this
Section, inclusive, may be applied separately or in combination. For the purposes of this paragraph, defined terms additionally include those in Section 66-11 (Definitions).
