Where #illuminated signs# are permitted by the underlying district regulations, such #signs# shall have only indirect
illumination. Where #signs#, other than #advertising signs#, are permitted by the underlying district regulations, such #signs#
shall not extend above the roof level of any #building or other structure# in the Special District.
