In C2-5, C2-8 and C6 Districts, the provisions of Section 32-19 (Use Group IX - Storage), inclusive, with respect to #public
parking garages# and #public parking lots# are inapplicable and are superseded by the provisions of Section 93-80 (OFF-
STREET PARKING REGULATIONS).
