93-10 - USE REGULATIONS

The #use# regulations of the underlying districts are modified as set forth in this Section, inclusive.

The only permitted change of #use# for the #High Line# shall be to provide publicly accessible open space in accordance with
the provisions of Sections 93-71 (Public Access Areas in the Eastern Rail Yard Subarea A1) and 93-75 (Publicly Accessible Open
Spaces in Subdistrict F).
