The off-street parking regulations of Article 1, Chapter 3 (Comprehensive Off-street Parking and Loading Regulations in the
Manhattan Core) and the loading regulations of the underlying districts apply to the #Special Lower Manhattan District#,
except as supplemented or modified by the provisions of this Section.
