The underlying #ground floor level# streetscape provisions set forth in Section 32-30 (STREETSCAPE REGULATIONS),
inclusive, shall apply, except that #ground floor level# #street frontages# along #streets#, or portions thereof, designated on Map
4 (Retail and Street Wall Continuity) in Appendix A of this Chapter shall be considered #Tier C street frontages#.

Access to each permitted establishment or #use# shall be provided directly from the #Tier C street frontage#, as shown on Map
4 in Appendix A. Where there is more than one entrance to the establishment or #use# from the #Tier C street frontage#, direct
access shall be provided via the entrance with the greatest aggregate clear opening width.

Defined terms in this Section include those in Section 12-10 and Section 32-301.
