For the purposes of this Chapter, matter in italics is defined in Sections 12-10, 32-301 or within this Section.



Qualifying building

For the purposes of this Chapter, a “qualifying building” shall be any #building# that contained at least 70,000 square feet of
#floor area# on March 20, 2013.
