87-34 - Special Height and Setback Provision in the South Subdistrict

For #zoning lots# that coincide with, or are completely within, the boundaries of Parcel 19 in the South Subdistrict, as shown
on Map 1 in the Appendix to this Chapter, the provisions of paragraph (a)(2) of Section 62-341 shall be modified to require an
#initial setback distance# with a depth of 15 feet from the boundary of a #shore public walkway#.
