84-331 - Floor area regulations

Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Resolution, the permitted #floor area ratio# for any #zoning lot# shall not exceed
15.0. The #floor area ratio# for #residential uses# shall not exceed 10.0, except that for #qualifying affordable housing# or
#qualifying senior housing#, the permitted #floor area ratio# shall be 12.0. The #floor area# bonus provisions shall not apply.
