84-134 - Mandatory arcades

Appendix 2.4 (Mandatory Arcades) specifies those #zoning lots# where an #arcade#, as defined in Section 12-10
(DEFINITIONS), shall be provided; and:

(a)    the #arcade# shall extend the full width of the #zoning lot# along the indicated #street lines# or other lines, except where
        otherwise indicated in Appendix 2.4; and

(b)    the minimum unobstructed depth of the #arcade# shall be 12 feet, and the minimum height of the #arcade# shall be 20
        feet above #curb level#.
