In harmony with the general purpose and intent of this Resolution and in order to achieve the purpose of the #Special Battery
Park City District#, a special set of regulations is established for the #Special Battery Park City District# controlling #use#,
#bulk#, #accessory# off-street parking facilities and #accessory# off-street loading facilities.

In #flood zones#, in the event of a conflict between the provisions of this Chapter and the provisions of Article VI, Chapter 4
(Special Regulations Applying in Flood Zones), the provisions of Article VI, Chapter 4 shall control.
