83-10 - SPECIAL USE REGULATIONS

Within the #Special Limited Commercial District#, the #use# regulations applicable to a C2-5 District set forth in Section 32-10
(USE ALLOWANCES), inclusive, shall apply. In addition, the regulations applicable to a C1 District shall apply for the
enclosure regulations of Section 32-41 (Enclosure Within Buildings), inclusive, the #sign# regulations of Section 32-60 (SIGN
REGULATIONS), inclusive, and the #use# allowances and modifications available by special permit of the Board of Standards
and Appeals and the City Planning Commission, pursuant to Article VII, Chapters 3 and 4, respectively.
