In the Theater Subdistrict, references to entertainment-related #uses# shall include the following #uses#, as applicable:

      From Use Group III

              Museums

      From Use Group VI

              Eating or drinking establishments
      From Use Group VIII

             Art galleries

             Art, music, dancing or theatrical studios

             Auditoriums

             Historical exhibits

             Production or entertainment studios

             Theaters.
