The #use# regulations of this Section, inclusive, shall apply within that portion of the Theater Subdistrict bounded by West 40th Street, a
line 100 feet east of Eighth Avenue, West 51st Street and a line 200 feet west of Avenue of the Americas, to #buildings# #developed# after
May 13, 1982, to portions of #buildings# #enlarged# on the ground floor level after May 13, 1982, and to #extensions#.
