For #buildings# which are #developed# or #enlarged# within the East Midtown Subdistrict, the applicable height and setback regulations
of Sections 81-26 (Height and Setback Regulations – Daylight Compensation), inclusive, and 81-27 (Alternate Height and Setback
Regulations – Daylight Evaluation), inclusive, are modified by the provisions of this Section, inclusive.
