81-13 - Special Permit Use Modifications

No special permits shall be issued by the Board of Standards and Appeals for #automotive service stations# pursuant to Section 73-163, for
any #zoning lots# with frontage on any of the #streets# designated in Sections 81-42 (Retail Continuity Along Designated Streets) or 81-43
(Street Wall Continuity Along Designated Streets).

No other special permit #use# within the #Special Midtown District# shall be granted by the Board of Standards and Appeals pursuant to
Section 73-10 (SPECIAL PERMIT USES) or by the City Planning Commission pursuant to Section 74-10 through 74-20, inclusive,
without a finding that such special permit #use# will be consistent with the purposes and provisions of this Chapter.
