73-32 - Modification of Streetscape Regulations

In #Commercial Districts# and #Manufacturing Districts#, the Board of Standards and Appeals may permit modifications to
the underlying streetscape regulations of Section 32-30, inclusive, including as such provisions are modified by a Special Purpose
District or other special geography of this Resolution.

In order to grant such permit, the Board shall find that:

(a)    such modification is the minimum extent necessary;

(b)    such modification will not impair the character or the future use or development of the surrounding area; and

(c)    the modifications are necessary to support the operation of such #use#.

The Board may prescribe additional appropriate conditions and safeguards to minimize adverse effects on the character of the
surrounding area.
