64-332 - Height and setback regulations for cottage envelope buildings

In the districts indicated, all #cottage envelope buildings# shall be subject to the height and setback provisions set forth in Section 23-421 (Basic
pitched-roof envelopes for certain districts), except that, for the purposes of this Section, attic space providing structural headroom of less than eight
feet shall not be considered a #story#.
