The following Waterfront Access Plans are hereby established within the Borough of Queens. All applicable provisions of Article VI, Chapter 2, remain
in effect within the areas delineated by such plans, except as expressly set forth otherwise in the plans:

        Q-1:     Northern Hunters Point, as set forth in Section 62-951

        Q-2:    Flushing Waterfront, in the #Special Flushing Waterfront District#, as set forth in Section 127-50 (FLUSHING WATERFRONT
                ACCESS PLAN)

        Q-3:     Newtown Creek, in the #Special Southern Hunters Point District#, as set forth in Section 125-46 (Newtown Creek Waterfront Access
                Plan).
