The following Waterfront Access Plans are hereby established within the Borough of Manhattan. All applicable provisions of Article VI, Chapter 2
remain in effect within the areas delineated by such plans, except as expressly set forth otherwise in the plans:

        M-1:      Inwood, in the #Special Inwood District# as set forth in Section 142-60 (INWOOD WATERFRONT ACCESS PLAN).
