62-65 - Public Access Design Reference Standards

The standards of this Section, inclusive, shall be applicable to all #waterfront public access areas# and #visual corridors#.

No hollow plastic material, such as PVC (polyvinyl chloride) or similar material shall be permitted in guardrails, fences, seating, trash receptacles or other
similar furniture within a #waterfront public access area#. However, high-density polyethylene shall be permitted.
