On Parcel 5d within Waterfront Access Plan BK-1, the #yard# provisions of Section 24-36 (Minimum Required Rear Yards) shall not apply to public
#schools# constructed in whole or in part pursuant to an agreement with the New York City School Construction Authority and subject to the
jurisdiction of the New York City Department of Education.
