62-322 - Floor area regulations for R6 through R12 Districts

In the districts indicated, the maximum #floor area ratio# for #residential# #buildings# or #residential# portions of #buildings# shall be as set forth for the
applicable district regulations provided in Section 23-22 (Floor Area Regulations for R6 through R12 Districts), inclusive. However, for districts without
a letter suffix, the regulations applicable to portions of a #zoning lot# within 100 feet of a #wide street# shall not apply.
