44-563 - Restrictions on location of berths near Residence Districts

In all districts, as indicated, where #accessory# off-street loading berths are located within 60 feet of a #Residence District#
boundary, such berths shall be enclosed within a #building#, and no entrance to or exit from the berths on to the #street# shall
be less than 30 feet from the district boundary.
