44-14 - Exceptions to Maximum Size of Accessory Group Parking Facilities

In all districts, as indicated, the Board of Standards and Appeals may permit #accessory # #group parking facilities# with more
than 150 spaces, in accordance with the provisions of Section 73-48 (Exceptions to Maximum Size of Accessory Group Parking
Facilities).

The provisions of this Section shall not apply to #accessory# off-street parking spaces provided in #public parking garages# in
accordance with the provisions of Section 44-46 (Accessory Off-street Parking Spaces in Public Parking Garages).
