43-304 - Required front yards along district boundary located in a street

In the districts indicated, if the boundary of an adjoining #Residence District# is located at the center line of a #street# less than
60 feet wide, a #front yard# not higher than #curb level# and at least 20 feet in depth shall be provided along any #front lot line#
forming the boundary between a #zoning lot# located within the #Manufacturing District# and that portion of the #street# in
which the district boundary is located.
