42-632 - Non-illuminated signs

In all districts, as indicated, non-#illuminated signs# with total #surface areas# not exceeding six times the #street# frontage of
the #zoning lot#, in feet, but in no event more than 1,200 square feet for each #sign#, are permitted.

However, in any #Manufacturing District# in which #residences# or #joint living-work quarters for artists# are, under the
provisions of the Zoning Resolution, allowed as-of-right or by special permit or authorization, the total #surface area# of all such
permitted #signs# shall not exceed six times the #street# frontage of the #zoning lot#, in feet, and that the #surface area# of each
#sign# shall not exceed 750 square feet.
