42-313 - Use regulations in M1-5M and M1-6M Districts LAST AMENDED 12/5/2024 In M1-5M and M1-6M Districts, the #conversion# of non-#residential buildings#, or portions thereof, erected prior to December 31, 1990, to #dwellimng units# or #community facilities# with sleeping accommodations, shall be subject to the provisions of Article I, Chapter 5 (Residential Conversion Within Existing Buildings). In M1-5M and M1-6M Districts, eating or drinking establishments, where such establishments provide entertainment with a cover charge or specified showtime, or includes a dance floor, and has a capacity of more than 200 persons, are permitted only by special permit of the Board of Standards and Appeals in accordance with Section 73-162 (Eating or drinking establishments).
