37-752 - Prohibition signs LAST AMENDED 10/17/2007 To ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all #public plaza# users, a maximum of one prohibition or “Rule of Conduct” #sign# may be located within the #public plaza#. Such #sign# shall not exceed one foot square in dimension, may not be freestanding, and shall contain no lettering greater than three-quarters of an inch in height. Such #sign# shall not prohibit behaviors that are consistent with the normal public use of the #public plaza# such as lingering, eating, drinking of non-alcoholic beverages or gathering in small groups. No behaviors, actions, or items may be listed on such #sign# that are otherwise illegal or prohibited by municipal, State or Federal laws.
