36-61 - Permitted Accessory Off-street Loading Berths

In all districts, as indicated, #accessory# off-street loading berths, open or enclosed, may be provided for all permitted #uses#,
under rules and regulations promulgated by the Commissioner of Buildings, and subject to the provisions of Sections 36-662
(Location of access to the street), 36-663 (Restrictions on location of berths near Residence Districts), 36-664 (Surfacing) and
36-665 (Screening).
