36-12 - Maximum Size of Accessory Group Parking Facilities

In all districts, as indicated, no #accessory# #group parking facility# shall contain more than 150 off-street parking spaces or, in
the case of a #Quality Housing building#, more than 200 spaces, except as provided in Section 36-13 (Modification of
Maximum Size of Accessory Group Parking Facilities).

The provisions of this Section shall not apply to #accessory# off-street parking spaces provided in #public parking garages# in
accordance with the provisions of Section 36-57 (Accessory Off-street Parking Spaces in Public Garages).
