equivalent# of, an R1 through R5 District and Section 35-63 inclusive, for #Commercial Districts# mapped within or with a R6
through R12 District. Special regulations governing certain areas are set forth in Section 35-64, inclusive. Permitted obstructions
to maximum heights are set forth in Section 35-61.
