In all districts, as indicated, non-#illuminated signs# with total #surface areas# not exceeding those shown in the following table
are permitted:

                 C5-1 C5-2 C5-3 C5-5                                  Three times the #street# frontage of the
                                                                      #zoning lot# (in feet), but in no event more
                                                                      than 200 sq. ft. for #interior# or #through
                                                                      lots# or 200 sq. ft. on each frontage for
                                                                      #corner lots#.
