In C1 through C7 Districts, #accessory# drive-through facilities for any #use# listed in Use Group VI, as set forth in Section 32-
16 (Use Group VI – Retail and Services), may be permitted by special permit of the Board of Standards and Appeals, in
accordance with Section 73-311 (Drive-through facilities).
