32-302 - Exceptions

The provisions of Section 32-30, inclusive, shall not apply to:

(a)    #zoning lot# frontages along the same #street# frontage as a ramp accessing a limited-access expressway, freeway, parkway
       or highway, all of which prohibit direct vehicular access to adjoining land, provided that:

       (1)    a portion of such #zoning lot# frontage is within 1,000 feet of such ramp, as measured along the #street#; and

       (2)    there are no entrances to a #mass transit station#, as defined in Section 66-11, within such 1,000-foot
              measurement; or

(b)    #zoning lots# with a #lot area# greater than five acres and located entirely outside the #special streetscape area#.
