32-17 - Use Group VII – Offices and Laboratories

Use Group VII consists of #uses# that provide administrative and research workspaces for business, professional or
governmental purposes. The provisions regulating #uses# classified in this Use Group, are set forth as follows:

(a)     Section 32-171 (Use Group VII – general use allowances) which includes the compilation of #uses# in the Use Group
        table;

(b)     Section 32-172 (Use Group VII – use permitted with limited applicability) for additional limitations on applicability for
        certain #uses#, as denoted with a “♦” in the Use Group table; and

(c)     Section 32-173 (Use Group VII – uses subject to additional conditions) for additional conditions that apply to certain
        #uses#, as denoted with a “P” in the Use Group table.
