27-01 - Applicability of This Chapter

The regulations of this Chapter shall apply:

(a)    to the provision of affordable housing, as set forth in 27-10 (ADMINISTRATION OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING);
       and

(b)    to anti-harassment areas, as set forth in 27-20 (ANTI-HARASSMENT).
