25-633 - Curb cut restrictions for certain buildings in R1 through R5 Districts

(a)    In the districts indicated, curb cuts are prohibited for #attached# #buildings# except where such #building# is bounded
        on one side by a #side yard# at least eight feet in width. For such #buildings#, a curb cut shall be permitted only along
        that portion of the #street# frontage of the #zoning lot# directly in front of a #side yard# that is at least eight feet wide
        and accesses a parking space located beyond the #street wall# or prolongation thereof.

(b)    In the districts indicated, for #semi-detached# #buildings#, a curb cut shall only be permitted along that portion of the
        #street# frontage of the #zoning lot# directly in front of a #side yard# that is at least eight feet wide and accesses a
        parking space located beyond the #street wall# or prolongation thereof.
