25-19 - Modification of Maximum Spaces for Permitted Community Facility or Commercial

In all districts, as indicated, a greater number of off-street parking spaces than permitted under the provisions of Section 25-18
(Maximum Spaces for Permitted Community Facility or Commercial Uses) may be provided if the Commissioner of Buildings
determines that:

(a)    such additional spaces are needed for the occupants, visitors, customers, or employees of the #use# or #uses# to which
        such spaces are #accessory#; and

(b)    such spaces are designed in such a way as to minimize traffic on #streets# with predominantly #residential# frontages.

The Commissioner of Buildings shall establish appropriate additional regulations with respect to the design of the parking area,
to minimize adverse effects on the character of surrounding areas.
