In all districts, as indicated, the City Planning Commission may permit #group parking facilities# #accessory# to #uses# in
#large-scale residential developments# with more than the prescribed maximum of Section 25-12 (Maximum Size of Accessory
Group Parking Facilities), in accordance with the provisions of Section 74-531 (Additional parking spaces or roof parking for
accessory group parking facilities).
