In all districts, as indicated, the Board of Standards and Appeals may permit #group parking facilities# #accessory# to hospitals,
with more than 150 spaces, in accordance with the provisions of Section 73-47 (Exceptions to Maximum Size of Accessory
Group Parking Facilities).
