The provisions of Section 23-50 (DENSITY REGULATIONS), inclusive, shall apply to #developments#, #enlargements# or to
existing #buildings# that increase the number of #dwelling units#. However, the provisions of this Section shall not apply to
#rooming units#.

Any given #floor area# shall be counted only once in meeting the #floor area# requirements.

The provisions of this Section shall not apply to #single-# or #two-family residences#.
