In all districts, for #buildings# containing #multiple dwelling residences# on #zoning lots# that adjoin a #public park#, the
minimum distance between a #legally required window# and a #lot line# need not apply to portions of #buildings# facing such
#public park# where the Commissioner of the Department of Parks and Recreation determines that the #public park# will
provide sufficient access to light and air for such #building’s# #legally required windows#. Where the Commissioner makes such
determination, the #public park# shall be considered a #street# for the purposes of applying other applicable laws or statutes to
such #legally required window#.
