22-17 - Use Group VII – Offices and Laboratories

Use Group VII consists of #uses# that provide administrative and research workspaces for business, professional or
governmental purposes. In #Residence Districts#, such #uses# shall include:

(a)    laboratories, where allowed by special permit of the City Planning Commission, in accordance with Section 74-171
       (Laboratories); and

(b)    offices, where allowed within the #flood zone#, by special permit of the Board of Standards and Appeals, in accordance
       with Section 73-171 (Ground floor offices in the flood zone).
